Ten years ago, during a time of financial hardship, Rebekah - just nine years old at the time - had a simple but powerful idea:
“Why don’t we sell our world-famous cheese spread?”
We laughed, because it was only “famous” in our home.
But she didn’t back down and with steady eyes and a certainty
well beyond her years, she said:
“If you make it and sell it, they would love it too.”
Over the years, Rebekah’s love for the cheese spread never faded. She believed in its flavor, its story, and its potential long before anyone else did.
So, when she graduated, it only felt right to pass the recipe to her - the one who did not love it first, but loved it and believed in it the most, and had the heart to carry it further than we ever imagined.
That’s how Viand LLC and Veni Mangé came to life.

With more than a decade of experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO of a multi-brand food conglomerate, Veronica has honed her skills in supporting operations across bakeries, cafés, quick-service restaurants, and Asian cuisine establishments.
Outside of her professional accomplishments, Veronica is a creative and multi-faceted individual. She is an author, an avid cook, and a puzzle enthusiast, as well as a passionate video gamer who enjoys challenging herself in new ways. In her downtime, she loves watching scary movies, combining her appreciation for storytelling with her adventurous spirit.

Outside of her work with Viand LLC, Amelia's favorite subjects at school are U.S. History and Biology. She dreams of becoming a Marine Biologist but remains open to exploring other paths, saying, "I am young, so I still have time to change my mind." Known for her love of conversation and dynamic personality, she’s an active member of her high school’s Model UN Club, where she hones her public speaking and leadership skills. In her free time, Amelia enjoys anime, drawing, Korean pop music, video games and spending quality time with her friends and family. Her unique energy and creative personality shines through even in movie nights, where a one-hour film becomes a two-hour event filled with her enthusiastic analysis, narration, and plot rewrites. Jon brings over three decades of experience in the food industry to Viand LLC. His career spans roles as a Technical Sales Manager at Dawn Foods and as a Bakery Manager in the local supermarket industry, where he developed a deep understanding of food production, sales, and quality control. Adding to his impressive credentials, Jon spent four years in Trinidad and Tobago, where he was instrumental in establishing and operating the first and most successful donut manufacturing facility in the Caribbean - a groundbreaking achievement that highlighted his entrepreneurial acumen and ability to lead in diverse markets.
Jon’s extensive knowledge of food manufacturing processes and operational excellence makes him an invaluable asset to the Viand LLC team.
Outside of work as a package handler with UPS, Jon enjoys mechanics, woodworking, and canoeing, and he’s an avid reader with a particular fondness for the works of W.E.B. Griffin—books he has read and reread with enthusiasm.
